Hi, I’m Dan. After 36 years in the military, I’m now the founder and developer of Code Forged Digital.
When you hire Code Forged Digital, you’re hiring me — I build your site myself, start to finish. There’s no account manager standing between us, and no hidden team doing the actual work, which means no agency-level pricing either. I work with small businesses because I understand the challenges of trying to maintain and grow a business all at once.
From initial consultation through post-launch and beyond, I focus on building lasting relationships. Qualifications & Experience
Code Forged Digital is led by Dan Callaghan, a veteran, software development professional, and experienced technical project leader. His background brings together disciplined delivery, security-minded development, and a practical understanding of how technology should support real business goals.
Software Development
Dan studied Secure Software Development through Coding for Veterans and the University of Ottawa, completing a 650-hour program covering modern programming languages and secure software development practices.
Technical Credentials
Dan’s professional qualifications include Certified Project Officer, Appian Developer, and UiPath Advanced Robotic Process Automation Developer credentials, with experience using automation to improve business processes. These are supported by additional training and certifications in cybersecurity and application development.
Leadership & Delivery
Dan’s experience includes leading technical work, translating complex requirements into practical solutions, coordinating projects from concept through completion, and supporting clients and teams throughout delivery.
